These terms set out how orders for printing products are placed and fulfilled, including personalised products made to the Customer’s individual specification.
2. Definitions
- Customer — a natural person, legal entity or organisation placing an order.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person acting outside their business activity.
- Personalised product — a product manufactured to a design or specification supplied or configured by the Customer (including in the online design tool).
- Design tool — the online editor used to prepare artwork for print.
3. Placing an order
- The Customer selects the product, its parameters (format, paper, quantity, finishing) and the artwork: a ready template, an uploaded file, or a design created in the editor.
- Before placing the order the Customer approves the preview. Approving the preview constitutes acceptance of the content, layout and spelling.
- The Seller does not make editorial changes to the Customer’s artwork and is not liable for errors in supplied materials.
- The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are gross, in Polish zloty (PLN), and include VAT. Delivery cost is shown before the order is placed.
Available payment methods: instant transfers and BLIK (Przelewy24), payment cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Production starts once payment has been credited.
5. Fulfilment and delivery
The lead time is stated on the product page and runs from artwork approval and payment. Delivery is handled by DPD, InPost, DHL and Nova Post.
Due to the nature of printing, minor deviations are acceptable: colour (up to 5% versus the on-screen preview, caused by RGB/CMYK profile differences), trimming (±1 mm) and quantity (±2%).
6. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products — under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, there is no right of withdrawal for a contract whose subject is a non-prefabricated item produced to the consumer’s specification or serving their individualised needs. This covers the vast majority of products in our shop (business cards, flyers, catalogues, stickers and other custom-printed items).
The right of withdrawal does apply to standard, non-personalised products.
7. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@piuroprint.pl. The detailed procedure is described on the “Complaints and returns” page. The Seller responds within 14 days.
8. Intellectual property
The Customer declares that they hold the rights to the materials (graphics, trademarks, photographs, texts) submitted for printing and bears sole responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights. The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order with unlawful content.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are effective from [TO BE COMPLETED: effective date].
